Stand Up! Against Bullying Posters
In support of Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week – November 15-21 Ontario has designated the third week of every November as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week to help promote safer schools and a positive learning environment. During this year’s Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week (November 15-21), Ontario students, school staff and parents are encouraged to learn more about bullying and its effect on student learning and well-being. To help support bullying awareness and prevention throughout the entire school year, the board is once again sending a call out to secondary students to submit a poster design. Selected poster submissions will be printed and distributed to all schools and board sites. Students are asked to submit a high resolution PDF of a 16” x 22” poster design, using the slogan and scripture verse indicated in the poster submission guidelines below. Submissions must be forwarded to the board by October 19. A review committee will make its selection on October 21. The posters will be printed and distributed to all elementary and secondary schools by November 9. Poster Submission Guidelines:
